Home Page - Left Side of Screen Information
1) Search for Cyprus Property
Provides a search of the data base ‘Cyprus Properties' - ‘Development' or ‘Golf' properties and returns results of the web site properties listed. Select each category and then click the "Search" button. Results will be displayed with ten properties per page.
Alternatively, if you know the property reference number: i.e, HD2-1234-PIS-LL, enter the number in to the MLS "Find Property by Code" and click "Search"
2) Advanced Search ‘Search by Area'
1) Open the page and select via the drop down menu ‘Search in' - "Any" - "Cyprus Properties" - "Development" or "Golf".
2) Then, select the "District" from the drop down menu.
3) Then, select "Area" from the drop down menu. For example, select Peyia - Click "Search" and all the properties in Peyia will show on screen and you can further refine your search with other options on the page.
3) Site Search
Site search provides the global search of the Sara by "Keywords". Type in i.e. ‘Cyprus schools' or whatever information you are looking for and click on the ‘magnifying glass' and all pages with the ‘keywords" (Cyprus schools) will appear.
4) Choose Currency
Three are three currencies to view the properties in Sara, Euro € is the default currency, and all purchase transactions are based in the Euro ONLY. In addition, you can select currencies for the British Pound or the USA Dollar, $. Rates vary greatly from minute to minute so there may be some variation to the Euro from hour to hour and day to day. Property purchase price is based on the Euro as advertised on our site.
