Terms & Conditions of rental of any property.

50% deposit must be paid with the booking.

Any damages caused whilst residing at the property must be replaced or paid for.

We hold no responsibility or liability for any injury caused whilst residing in the property.

The property must be vacated by midday on the day of departure to allow cleaning etc for the next client.

Cancellations 6 months notice 80% refundable. 4 months notice 70% refundable. 2 two months notice 50% refundable.

Under two months NO refund.

Maintenance may be required whilst clients are residing in the property. This will only be carried out if absolutely necessary.

Minimum days available to rent one week or 7 days.
